Below are some frequently asked questions regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Where can I find Weider products?
You can find our products in different supermarkets and hypermarkets such as El Corte Ingles, Carrefour, Alcampo, Aldi, Decathlon, ... but we are also in many online stores and specialized stores, which you can find on this map >> https://weider.es/puntos-de-venta/
In addition to our online store https://www.tiendaweider.es/ where you can find the entire range of products.
How can I receive information about new products that Weider releases?
The best way is by subscribing to our newsletter, which you will receive with information about new products or news of interest.
You can do this from the Home page, by scrolling down to where it says “email address”
Can I choose the currency/payment method?
For UAE, KSA, Kuwait & Qatar: You can choose your country and your currency on top of any page to make your navigation easy as well as at the checkout point.

How can I contact Weider?
Depending on the type of inquiry, Weider has different departments set up to handle them:

Sales and sponsorships
If I sell Weider, can I be listed as an authorized point of sale on the website?
Of course, all you need to do is send us the following customer data: customer code, business name, phone number, address, and email. Send them to clientes@weider.es
All this data will be validated and placed on the "authorized point of sale" map.
If I want to sell Weider, what should I do?
At the top of the HOME page, there is a section that says “Want to sell Weider?”: https://weider.es/conocenos-weider-espana/ser-distribuidor/
There is a section for gyms and another for stores; select the one that corresponds to your type of business.
Then, at the bottom of the page, there is a form that you must complete, and we will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the process.
Sponsorships and events
To request sponsorship as an athlete or to sponsor an event, it is best to write to this email pceron@weider.es; they will reply in a few days.
