This is the recipe for our Fit Cheesecake:
Ingredients:
- 3 sheets of neutral gelatin
- 250g natural Greek yogurt
- 9 cookies
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200ml water
- Strawberry Fruit & Fiber Syrup

Preparation
- Place the gelatin sheets in water for 4 minutes.
- Transfer the rehydrated sheets to a bowl with 200 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Sweeten the Greek yogurt to taste and add it to the gelatin bowl little by little, stirring as you go.
- Crush the cookies, add two tablespoons of oil, and mix.
- Place the cookie base in a container and then add the yogurt mixture with the gelatin.
- Let it cool for 2 hours.
- Finally, add the Strawberry Fruit & Fiber Syrup as a topping and enjoy!
Serve and decorate with fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries.
