Preparation

  • Place the gelatin sheets in water for 4 minutes.
  • Transfer the rehydrated sheets to a bowl with 200 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.
  • Sweeten the Greek yogurt to taste and add it to the gelatin bowl little by little, stirring as you go.
  • Crush the cookies, add two tablespoons of oil, and mix.
  • Place the cookie base in a container and then add the yogurt mixture with the gelatin.
  • Let it cool for 2 hours.
  • Finally, add the Strawberry Fruit & Fiber Syrup as a topping and enjoy!

Serve and decorate with fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries.
