There are two key ingredients to achieve this dessert. First, the base of the batter is made with whole grain oat flour in brownie flavor, the Gourmet Oat Flour. Ideal for making cakes, brownies, and coulant like this one.

Fit Coulant Recipe
Here are the ingredients and steps to make this delicious Fit Coulant.
Ingredients for 6 Coulants:
- 100 g of Gourmet Oat Flour in Brownie flavor
- 10 g of Slim Choco Syrup
- 20 ml skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 7 g baking powder
Preparation:
- Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix 100 g of Gourmet Oat Flour in Brownie flavor with 7 g of baking powder.
- Gradually add the solid flour mixture to the bowl with the whisked eggs, mixing as you go.
- Once this mixture is homogeneous, add 20 ml of milk and whisk again.
- Place the coulant molds on the oven tray, fill them halfway, and bake for 5 minutes at 180º.
