Ingredients for 12/14 oat empanadas:
- 200 g of Gourmet Oat Flour, Neutral flavor
- 80 g Corn flour
- 180 ml Water
- A pinch of salt
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- Parsley
- Garlic powder
