We bring you a recipe for fitness chocolate ice cream, compatible with your diet and perfect if you are in a weight loss phase.
If you want to have a protein that is compatible with your diet. You only need a dose of your protein, yogurt and an extra of chocolate, for which we have used Whey Protein Choco Creme, compatible thanks to its low calories and sugars. You won't need anything else to make your fitness chocolate ice cream.

Below are the exact measurements for two servings of ice cream and the preparation method. And of course, we encourage you to make your own ice cream combination and show us, you also have vanilla flavor available for this protein if you prefer.
Ingredients for two servings of fitness chocolate ice cream:
- 60 g of Isolate Whey 100FM Chocolate
- 30 g of Whey Protein Choco Creme
- 200 g of natural Greek yogurt
- Raspberries
Preparation:
- Mix the yogurt with the protein and beat until homogeneous.
- Freeze for about 6 hours.
- After freezing, heat the Whey Protein Choco Creme in the microwave (for about 1 minute) until it becomes liquid.
- Add the Whey Protein Choco Spread over the ice cream and decorate with a few raspberries.
