Many times we crave dishes that at first glance do not seem so healthy. But almost always you can find a fit and healthy way to make them. Like these fit chicken nuggets. Are you up for it? Because the recipe is easy and simple, and it's designed so you can add it to your fit diet routine. And if you want to dip them in sauce, you can do it for example with our 0% Barbecue sauce. Let's get to it!

Ingredients for chicken nuggets (for two people):

Preparation of chicken nuggets:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
  2. Mince the chicken breast and mix the resulting meat with cream cheese and oregano (you can add other spices to your liking such as Provençal herbs or curry). And make balls with the final mixture.
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Crush the corn flakes.
  5. Dip each chicken ball we have made in: Weider Gourmet Oat Flour, then egg, and finally in the flakes.
  6. Place the nuggets on the baking tray, bake for 20 minutes at 180º. Halfway through, turn the nuggets over so they brown on both sides.
  7. Now we can enjoy them, dip them in your Barbecue sauce and eat!

Accompany the chicken nuggets with a salad or some roasted vegetables and you'll have your fit meal ready. And now all you have to do is enjoy your fit menu!
