Cheesecake, a great alternative for your fitness breakfasts or desserts:

Ingredients for the cheesecake:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 70g whipped cheese
  • 50g oat flour (Gourmet Oat Flour Cookies Dough flavor)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175º.
  2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then gradually add the oat flour and finally the whipped cheese. Mix everything well.
  3. Choose a mold (preferably medium or individual), grease it with olive oil, and sprinkle with oat flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add zero-calorie strawberry syrup Fruit & Fiber Syrup from Weider. You can also accompany it with fruit pieces (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…).
