Cheesecake, a great alternative for your fitness breakfasts or desserts:
Ingredients for the cheesecake:
- 3 egg whites
- 70g whipped cheese
- 50g oat flour (Gourmet Oat Flour Cookies Dough flavor)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175º.
- Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then gradually add the oat flour and finally the whipped cheese. Mix everything well.
- Choose a mold (preferably medium or individual), grease it with olive oil, and sprinkle with oat flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- If you have a sweet tooth, you can add zero-calorie strawberry syrup Fruit & Fiber Syrup from Weider. You can also accompany it with fruit pieces (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…).
