Ingredients:
- 200 g of Gourmet Oat Flour, neutral flavor
- 125 g Crushed natural tomato
- 100 g Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 180 ml Water
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Spinach (to taste)
- Black olives (to taste)
- Sweet corn (to taste)
- Oregano
Preparation:
- Mix the oat flour with salt, oil, and water
- Knead or stir to mix the ingredients
- Form a ball with the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to make the round pizza shape
- Add tomato and shredded cheese
- Put the spinach leaves and corn
- Cut the olives in half and add them to the pizza
- Finish by adding oregano to taste
- Bake at 200º for 30 minutes
