The key is to gradually incorporate habits into your daily routine, until you become consistent and have it so internalized that you don't look for excuses to skip your training day. That's why we're launching this 21-day challenge for you to follow a complete training plan designed by Paula Ellis. 3 weeks with a workout suitable for everyone, easy to follow, and dynamic. We give you a completely FREE workout so you can achieve your goals.
Do you want to take the leap and start training on your own at the gym?
This plan will help you do that, and with it, you'll realize that it's not as difficult as it seemed, and best of all... you'll get hooked on exercising more actively!
The 21-day exercise plan is structured to train all parts of your body and includes toning and cardio exercises. You won't have to worry about anything; all the workout details are included. Additionally, we also provide some basic supplementation guidelines so you can optimize your recovery to complete the entire challenge.
Each week you will train 5 out of 7 days, leaving 2 days for rest. Each day the training will be focused on a specific goal (lower body, upper body, full body, cardio...) to complete a full body workout by the end of the week.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TRAIN?
Gym equipment and machines and... GIVE YOUR BEST!
If you don't have access to a gym, you can adapt the exercises and materials to perform the routines at home with dumbbells, elastic bands... but we anticipate that we will soon be back with a new 21-day challenge AT HOME!
HOW MANY DAYS WILL YOU TRAIN PER WEEK?
5 days in total: 2 upper body, 1 lower body, 1 full body, 1 cardio
Use the tables to thoroughly understand the exercises that make up each workout; they specify times, sets, and repetitions. And don't hesitate to use the embedded videos to see the correct execution of each exercise.

BEFORE:
