Irresistible!
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups egg whites
• 1 and ½ cups oats
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup cottage cheese 1%
• 1/2 cup (approx. 4 scoops) of GOLD WHEY strawberry flavor (you can vary if you wish)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 25 almonds
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 cup strawberries (see more variations below for Weider GOLD MUFFINS)
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180º C. Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into small muffin molds (makes 16). Bake for about 40 minutes.

For chocolate banana muffins:
Substitute the cup of strawberries with a cup of bananas. Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Change the flavor of Gold Whey to chocolate.
For Apple-Cinnamon muffins:
Substitute 2/3 of the cup of strawberries with apple. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon.
