MGB6

MgB6 from Victory Endurance is a Magnesium and Vitamin B6 product, combined in the right doses for greater effectiveness. Recommended for all types of athletes, both strength and endurance, especially the latter as their magnesium levels can decrease due to the great physical demands of these disciplines. Its ingredients act as follows:

Magnesium is essential for muscle function, as it acts as a cofactor for many cellular enzymes. It participates, along with Calcium, in muscle contraction/relaxation mechanisms and in blood coagulation (calcium promotes them and magnesium inhibits them). Magnesium supplementation becomes essential for athletes in general and endurance athletes in particular, because they lose more magnesium through sweating and physical exertion, which can lead to muscle cramps; these increase with the loss of Potassium and other mineral salts (electrolytes). Furthermore, MgB6 capsules are made with Magnesium Citrate, which has been shown to be the most absorbable and assimilable form for muscles*.

Vitamin B6 is involved in protein and fatty acid metabolism as it is part of several enzymes. It also participates in the formation of Hemoglobin and Myoglobin, thereby increasing aerobic resistance. Its use with magnesium is fundamental because it improves digestive absorption and its fixation in the cell. It also helps our body prevent magnesium losses, which are very common among athletes.
