Each can of RUSH RTD contains a combination of key ingredients to boost your workouts: citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, L-arginine, niacin, zinc, and a significant dose of 200 mg of caffeine.

We also highlight the presence of L-alanyl-L-Glutamine (Sustamine®), a peptide that has been shown to improve fluid regulation, promote muscle rehydration, and delay fatigue during intense exercise.
