A fluffy and very fit oat cake.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g olive/sunflower oil
  • One plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g Weider Gourmet Oat Flour (choose your favorite flavor)
  • Weider NutProtein Choco suitable for vegans (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Add the eggs and sugar and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the oil and yogurt and stir.
  4. Then, add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix again.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the oven.
  6. Finally, decorate to your liking.
