A fluffy and very fit oat cake.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g olive/sunflower oil
- One plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 200g Weider Gourmet Oat Flour (choose your favorite flavor)
- Weider NutProtein Choco suitable for vegans (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Add the eggs and sugar and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the oil and yogurt and stir.
- Then, add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the oven.
- Finally, decorate to your liking.
