Who can resist delicious oatmeal and raisin cookies?

 Ingredients:

  • 100g olive oil
  • 170g powdered brown sugar
  • One egg
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 400g of Weider Gourmet Oat Flour, Cookie Dough flavor
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 100g raisins (or your preferred topping)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 170ºC
  2. In a bowl, combine the oil and sugar, mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix again, a thick dough will form.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and incorporate the raisins.
  5. Next, using a spoon, shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray.
  6.  Finally, place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 min.
