Who can resist delicious oatmeal and raisin cookies?
Ingredients:
- 100g olive oil
- 170g powdered brown sugar
- One egg
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 400g of Weider Gourmet Oat Flour, Cookie Dough flavor
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 100g raisins (or your preferred topping)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 170ºC
- In a bowl, combine the oil and sugar, mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix again, a thick dough will form.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and incorporate the raisins.
- Next, using a spoon, shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray.
- Finally, place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 min.
