Crepes vegetarianos de avena

This oat vegetarian crêpe recipe is another excuse to keep eating crêpes, whether sweet or savory – they're delicious!

This time, we bring you a crêpe recipe adapted for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike; it always depends on the filling you want to eat them with.

The main ingredient? Oats, a natural, complete, and nutritious food. They provide carbohydrates, but be careful! with fiber, which helps slow down their absorption and keep you feeling fuller for longer. To give it a different touch, we use our Gourmet Oat Flour, which is delicious and also helps you stay in shape.

For vegetables, we incorporate pico de gallo, a refreshing mix originating from Mexico with a tangy and aromatic touch from lemon and cilantro.

All the nutrients in one dish and in one of the most delicious and healthy ways to consume carbohydrates in your diet.
