
A delicious recipe with our Super Nitro Whey. In these cold times, it's ideal as a breakfast or snack accompanied by a good hot coffee...
Ingredients (2 servings):
• 60 gr of almond flour (also sold as ground almonds)
• 125 ml (the measure of a small glass) of skimmed or almond milk
• 1 whole egg
• 2 scoops (60 gr) of Super Nitro Whey Vanilla flavor
• Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
- Heat the pan over medium heat (use a little oil in the bottom to prevent sticking).
- Pour the mixture into the pan and flip when it starts to take on a uniform color, always avoiding burning.
- Remove the pancake to a plate and serve to taste with chopped fruit on top or spread with natural fruit jam.
