
Do you know how to get the most out of your protein according to your body type?
Every body is a world unto itself: a true statement if there ever was one. This phrase is said and repeated ad nauseam; every body, every mind, no two individuals are alike. Within the types of physiques, we can classify them into three types of somatotypes:
- Ectomorph
- Mesomorph
- Endomorph

Which protein is most suitable for your body type?

ECTOMORPH
This is the typical skinny guy or gal who is pure nervous energy. They eat whatever they want and are always thin, even defined! It's very difficult for them to gain weight. MESOMORPH
