
Want to enjoy a vegan snack? This complete vegan snack is ideal for a mid-morning treat or an afternoon snack. It's suitable for vegans and very complete as it includes our famous Vegan Protein with berry mix flavor.
Due to its composition, this vegan snack is a good source of vitamin C thanks to the strawberries and raspberries, and a powerful antioxidant due to the blueberries. The rest of the ingredients make this recipe a very complete mid-morning or afternoon snack.
It's a very simple and appetizing recipe, don't hesitate to try it whether you're vegan or not =)
Ingredients for two servings of Vegan Snack:
- 30g of Vegan Protein Berry Mix flavor
- 1 and 1/4 cups of red berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
- 210g of soy yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of rolled oats
Vegan Snack Preparation:
- Mix the fruits with one scoop of Vegan Protein Berry Mix and 170g of soy yogurt.
- Blend the mixture.
- Add to the jar to consume in layers and in this order:
- Red berries
- 100g of soy yogurt
- 3 tbsp. of rolled oats
- more red berries
- and the blended mixture we made in the first step.
