Batido Pre-Entreno Energizante


Before hitting the gym, we can kickstart our workout with this pre-workout shake.

The key lies in the ingredients. Yogurt provides calcium to strengthen our bones. Plums provide vitamin C to soothe muscle soreness. Mega Mass 2000 offers the perfect combination of carbohydrates and proteins, ideal for muscle mass gain.

Pre-Workout Shake Recipe

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 2 small pitted plums
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 natural fat-free yogurts
  • 250 ml water
  • One scoop of Mega Mass 2000 Vanilla flavor (you can change the flavor to your liking)
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well

Drink 45 minutes before your workout.
