Know yourself; that is your great power
You could train with the best, most evolved, or most innovative training systems and get lost in them. And you might think that this is finally the definitive one. But you would be losing your inner power because a plan is something external to you. An athlete with a motivating program is a great asset, but as long as you put your power in the next program, the next diet, the next supplementation, you will always be depending on something external. You will be ignoring that the true power is within you. The great change is in looking inward, in the art of self-observation. That is one of the qualities that makes us different from the other species on this planet.
This doesn't mean that the training, diet, or supplements you use don't matter. No, they do matter. It's important to use training methods you feel in tune with, and a well-balanced diet, adapted to your goals, is vital for your health and achieving your objectives.
A top-quality and highly bioavailable supplementation, like Weider, will provide your body with the active ingredients to repair your structures and prepare your muscular terrain, allowing you to perform high-intensity sessions and thus make muscle growth possible.
If you find it interesting, do this honesty exercise for 10 minutes in a quiet environment: Visualize yourself at the moment you achieve the goal you have in mind, with your ideal physical form. And if this is truly in coherence with your feelings, you will know it by the state of fulfillment it brings you.
And in that space, use your senses. Feel yourself already in it, let yourself feel. Use your senses, your mental image; observe carefully what your physique is like, what your energy is like, what your sensations, your emotions are like, how you breathe, and feel it for at least 15 seconds.
Return to the present and with a look of pure creativity, of excitement, without judgment, and knowing that you yearn for that direction, ask yourself what habits and behaviors in your present keep you from that athlete you have already created and visualized. Think about what you can do today specifically in that direction, towards that goal in a positive and affirmative present.
Now observe your patterns of behavior, your actions, and attitudes in the different areas of your sport:
- Training sessions
- Nutrition
- Rest
- And in relation to your environment.
If they are in tune with the athlete you have visualized, it means you are aligned and moving towards your goal.
If, on the contrary, this is not the case, in some area or none, that's where the space for great growth will enter your life, because you now have the opportunity and the reference, feeling like that athlete you have visualized.
Now you are consciously using yourself and your power, moving towards your goals and dreams.
Do you think it's worth taking a moment to review yourself?
A big hug,
