Get your act together and eat!

Exactly, you're thinking about getting a bikini body. Losing weight, shedding those extra pounds accumulated during winter or from bad habits, and precisely the number one mistake we all make is that you stop eating or eat much less.

Quite the opposite. If your goal is to get in shape for this summer and forget about the famous bikini operation for subsequent years, what you have to do is eat more.

Typical Menu:

  • Breakfast: orange juice and a slice of toast with one (sad and lonely) slice of turkey
  • Mid-morning (in many cases you don't even have it): a pear
  • Lunch: lettuce, tomato, roast chicken, a skimmed yogurt
  • Snack: an infusion
  • Dinner: half a pack of cookies, a chocolate bar, a soda, and 3 slices of double cheese pizza... desserts separate

Or are you going to tell me otherwise?

We've all made that mistake at some point, especially when time is limited and summer is already here.

And the thing is, we have to get rid of the fear of eating. I don't understand (and I include myself) Why do you eat less than my cat all day, feeling terribly hungry if you know that at night the cookie monster will possess you? And day after day the same mistake. And of course, since you ate even the legs of your fridge at night, then you want to compensate and say "Noooo, I'm not going to eat much for breakfast, I overdid it last night." Error. That's the worst thing we can do because we enter a vicious circle that is sometimes impossible to break, and days and weeks pass and you only think that you have an apartment reserved to show off your bikini body on the beach.

Get your act together now, break that cycle once and for all and start by eating more from the morning. As simple as that.

The problem of night anxiety is a consequence of a caloric deficit throughout the day. You can't fool your body, and it rebels if you treat it badly. So let's start by listening to your basic needs.

Not to ramble on, I'll tell you for the umpteenth time that miracle diets don't exist, there are no secrets, and your body won't get rid of those extra pounds until you start to relieve that hateful feeling of anxiety.

Below, I give you an example of a full day with healthy and varied menus that can help you lose weight and achieve the desired bikini body.

Important: It is not a personalized diet, so I do not specify quantities, it is a basic, simple and effective formula:

Satiety + Eating Quantity = Zero Anxiety = Healthy Body = Faster Weight Loss = Gaining Health

Breakfast:

  • ½ cup of oats (or any other cereal like rye, spelt or buckwheat). Here you can also use oat flours (Gourmet Oat Flour)
  • Skimmed milk or vegetable drink like soy or almonds (with less than 5 g of sugar)
  • A closed handful of natural nuts.
  • An apple
  • Black coffee or tea

Mid-morning (choose between):

Lunch:

  • A green salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper...) dressed with a tablespoon of olive oil (approx. 10g) and vinegar or lemon if desired.
  • Vary: turkey breast, chicken, beef or grilled fish
  • Vary: brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes or stewed legumes

Afternoon snack:

  • 30 gr of Gold Whey with water or unsweetened vegetable milk
  • Almonds or walnuts
  • Infusion (sweetened with saccharin)

Dinner:

  • Assorted vegetables
  • Grilled fish, turkey or chicken
  • Olive oil or avocado

And don't forget to drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day.
