If you have a sweet tooth and often deny yourself treats for fear of those extra calories, we bring you an irresistible, easy-to-make, and fitness-friendly option. These donuts have half the calories of regular donuts. They are made with one of the most successful products among Weider's fitness novelties this year, Protein Muffins, which, in addition to muffins, can be used for many more recipes like this one.
Eating sweets without counting calories
We have devised this fitness donut recipe so you can satisfy your sweet cravings with a very low lactose content, as we know that it doesn't sit well with everyone. It also contains high-quality whey protein thanks to the Protein Muffin, and no added sugars; it only contains those naturally provided by the carrot and oats in the product used.
The quantities we provide in this recipe are intended to make approximately 8 donuts, so you can share them with more people (don't eat them all yourself), because even though they have fewer calories than normal, there's no need to be selfish!
