
Delicious Protein Gazpacho Recipe

However, it's not a conventional gazpacho; we've adapted it into a much more nutritious and delicious version to complement your diet in the healthiest way.
Gazpacho is a traditional Spanish dish with ingredients such as bell pepper, which provides powerful antioxidant action due to its Vitamin C content, cucumber, which stands out for its refreshing power, helping to maintain perfect hydration and prevent fluid retention, which is such a concern this time of year, and of course, olive oil, which is perfect for cardiovascular health.
To improve the recipe, we added PROTEIN TOMATO SAUCE, which contains 51% plant-based protein, mainly pea protein isolate, known for being one of the best.

Preparation
- 2 servings
- Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Protein Tomato Sauce 30 g
- Water 300 ml
- Cucumber 50 g
- Bell pepper 40 g
- Garlic clove
- White bread 50 g (OPTIONAL)
- Oil 45 g
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Add the Protein Tomato Sauce mixture with 300 ml of water, and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Peel and cut the cucumber into pieces.
- Cut the bell pepper into pieces.
- Add all ingredients to the blender, remembering to season with salt to your taste.
- For a colder drink, you can refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy!
