How to make a delicious, fit, and easy vegan ice cream

We need to take advantage of ice cream season, and you don't have to treat it as a cheat meal. This vegan ice cream we're going to show you can be enjoyed as a snack or a protein shake substitute for your workout within your normal diet. This time we've mixed the flavor of a delicious staple like chocolate with banana.

We've made it vegan with our Vegan Protein, but of course, you can combine it with your favorite protein. The Vegan Protein contains high-quality vegetable protein, covers 100% of the recommended essential amino acids, and also contains BCAAs, arginine, and lysine.

The only other ingredient in the recipe is frozen bananas. Bananas are a great source of natural energy, high in vitamins B6 and C, folic acid, magnesium, and potassium.

And that's it, you don't need to add sugar or chocolate; with just these two ingredients, you'll get a delicious ice cream suitable for any diet.

Below are the quantities of both ingredients in suitable proportions to make two servings of this delicious chocolate and banana vegan ice cream:

Ingredients for 1 chocolate-banana vegan ice cream (2 servings):

  • 30g of Vegan Protein Brownie Chocolate flavor
  • 300g of frozen bananas (about 3 medium bananas)

​​Preparation:

  • Mix the Vegan Protein with the frozen bananas.
  • Blend everything at maximum power until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Freeze, and once thoroughly chilled, enjoy.
