A delicious breakfast

First, mix all dry ingredients:

– 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
– 1/2 cup VICTORY NEO ISOLATE WHEY 100 vanilla flavored protein
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
– 1/3 cup organic sugar
– 3 tablespoons stevia powder or other sweetener, … or 6 packets of sweetener.

Add the mixture to a whisk with the rest of the ingredients:

– 2 egg whites
– 3 tablespoons canola oil (olive or other vegetable oil also works)
– 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt (this will add moisture)
– 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

** To make them chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and replace the vanilla protein with chocolate flavored protein. Spray the muffin tins with olive oil spray. Pour the mixture into no more than 1/2 to 3/4 of its capacity (do not overfill). Bake for 14-17 minutes or until cooked through (use a toothpick and prick it to make sure it comes out dry before trying them). Let the muffins cool and they're ready to share!
