What we thought would be a temporary reality has become our new reality, one that never ceases to surprise us and demands constant adaptation to the context.

That said, we must put all our resources to our advantage and not against us. Let's not get carried away by the easy excuse of blaming a circumstance as a condition. Be your own ally. How?

How many opportunities are your goals worth?

Your fighting spirit must equal your desire to achieve them. So, if you know what doesn't work, don't ignore it and repeat the pattern. Turn to what may be within you and you are not able to see.

I'm going to give you an example:

I have to do a task for which I lack concentration. Okay, so I turn to another time in my life when I was concentrated.

I take that resource that is within me, connect with that emotion, energy, and sensation, and from that place, from that connection with my resource, I transfer myself to the task where I "believe" I don't have it (pay attention to this: "believe", the verb that executes beliefs, a set of thoughts we forge based on experiences that can often condition us. So our challenge is to convert them into thoughts that empower us and facilitate, instead of limiting us). Once you manage to transfer the resource you do have, you will feel much more capable, and that will encourage you.

Success lies in action. When we are a little lost, let's not only focus on the process but on the objective, to connect directly with what brings us closer to it.

State your goals positively, set your mind for success.

You are your best ally; don't become the opposite!!
