In this energy smoothie, we used our most popular vegan protein, Vegan Protein, as the base protein that this smoothie will provide. The protein in this product primarily comes from high-quality pea and rice protein. Both are staples in a vegan diet. Pea protein covers almost 100% of essential amino acids. Rice protein benefits muscle development and maintenance, which is ideal for active individuals.
Along with vegan protein, we have blended ingredients well-known for their energetic properties, such as banana, avocado, and spinach.

Ingredients for 1 Vegan Energy Smoothie:
- 30 g Vegan Protein Vanilla flavor
- 180 ml water
- 70 g banana
- 50 g avocado
- 70 g spinach
- 50 g raspberries
Preparation
- Combine the Vegan Protein, sliced banana, peeled avocado, spinach, and raspberries in a bowl with the water.
- Blend everything at maximum power until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Serve with a few extra raspberries for decoration and enjoy!
