A vegan ice cream with less than 200 calories
At Weider, we've always believed that taking care of yourself and enjoying life are compatible. And to prove it to you, we've created this recipe for vegan, low-calorie, and vegan protein ice cream, making it suitable for everyone.
Finally, good weather is approaching, and our bodies are craving it. We already miss the sun, swimming in the sea or pool, and having a good ice cream.
The recipe is also super easy and quick. You'll only need Vegan Protein and a handful of frozen strawberries and raspberries; you can add or remove any red fruit to customize it as you like, such as blackberries or blueberries.
For this vegan ice cream, we couldn't help but choose our Vegan Protein, which will provide you with 24g of high-quality protein from peas and rice. But if you're not vegan, you can always try using other proteins like Gold Whey with its multiple flavors or Neo Isolate Whey, a protein with pure whey isolate.
Below are the ingredients for a delicious red fruit vegan ice cream, but you can also make a larger quantity and leave it in the freezer for several servings.
Ingredients:
- 30 g of Vegan Protein Vanilla flavor
- 100 g of frozen strawberries
- 80 g of frozen raspberries
Preparation:
- Add the strawberries, raspberries, and a scoop of Vegan Protein vanilla flavor to a bowl.
- Blend everything at maximum power until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
- Freeze, and when it's well chilled, enjoy.
