Today I will talk about supplementation for millennials, who are those young men and women who start going to the gym between 16 and 20 years old.

Every person is a world, we are all different, we have different bodies, we eat differently, and we have different goals.

There is no age to start practicing sports because it's never too late to start changing our lifestyle and eating habits. It's admirable when I go to the gym and still see older people signing up for the first time, and they start with the same enthusiasm or even more than if they were young.

But if there is a perfect age to start training—I'm not talking about competing, but about achieving a perfect balance between body and mind—it's from the age of 16.

At this age, your muscles are still developing, your hormone levels are better than ever, you are more agile and receptive to everything, you have energy to spare. And you don't yet have the level of stress and worries that traps us later in adulthood.

I am going to focus on supplementation for millennials, who are currently between 16 and 20 years old. From the age of 20, I advise taking more abundant supplementation. The most important thing to always remember is that at this age, the best supplementation is food. And always remember to seek professional advice if in doubt to know if these products are the most recommended for you.

1. Overweight (male or female)

The first thing you should do is acquire new eating habits and make it a new way of life from now on.

2. Normal weight (male or female)

As in other cases, proper nutrition and training technique are now the most important. Still, you can use supplements!

  • Before training: 2 – 3 tablets of MEGA AMINOS from Weider
  • After Training: 30 gr of PROTEIN 80 PLUS from Weider (optional, you can add another 2 – 3 tablets of MEGA AMINOS)
  • At breakfast, or at another time of the day: 2 gummies of MULTI VIT UP

3. Gain weight and muscle mass (male or female)

You are at an age with a super-fast metabolism, and you probably eat a lot and don't gain weight (or you think you eat a lot!). More than anything, focus on the quality of the food. You won't gain weight by eating 3 hamburgers; stick to 5 meals a day, eat everything. I don't advise you to go on strict diets to gain weight; relax and eat normally like a kid your age.

  • Before training: 3 capsules of MEGA AMINOS plus water
  • During training: 1 bottle of CARBO ENERGY DRINK
  • Optional, you can add another 3 capsules of MEGA AMINOS with your post-workout shake.
  • At breakfast, or at another time of the day: 2 gummies of MULTI VIT UP
  • After training: 1 bottle of PROTEIN DRINK (girls half a bottle, the other half at another time of the day or save it for the next workout)

I hope this supplementation plan for millennials
