Today I will help you with specific supplementation if your level is advanced.

And there comes a time when you don't know how you are at this level. You start to progress, give much more in each training session, it doesn't even feel like a sacrifice, on the contrary, it's now when you really start to see results and want to improve them. Welcome to the advanced level.

I always say that supplementation and training level must go in parallel. It is at this point when you demand much more in everything: in the weight room, in your diet, and also in the products you choose to achieve the best results.

Advanced level supplementation plan:

1. Overweight (man or woman)

After having completed the corresponding "bulking phase", it is now time to cut and see all the muscle we have gained. Our mission now is to lose weight while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible, i.e., muscle definition.

YOU NEED:


2. Normal weight (man or woman)

Objective: gain muscle definition, maintain weight.

YOU NEED:

  • Before Training: 25 gr of Weider's TOTAL RUSH 2.0 (or 40 gr of NOS – X10 if you are resting from creatine)
  • After Training: 30 gr of BCAA + Glutamine, mixed with water + 6 capsules of Weider's PREMIUM WHEY
  • * At breakfast, mid-morning snack or mid-afternoon snack: you can add a second protein shake, apart from the one after training
  • As a supplement: take another 3 capsules of Mega Aminos before going to sleep.

3. Gain weight and muscle mass (man or woman):

YOU NEED:

  • Before training: 25 gr of TOTAL RUSH 2.0 + 5 capsules of L-ARGININE Caps (women 3).
  • After training: 150 gr of MEGA MASS 4000
  • As a supplement during training, you can drink 1 bottle of CARBO ENERGY DRINK in addition to water
  • In addition to all these possible combinations, it is important when we reach this level to TAKE CARE OF OUR JOINTS. Whatever your goal at the advanced level, I always recommend using a joint protector.
