So, it would be worth creating a 5-minute pre-workout space where you break away from the day's events, where you set aside all limiting thoughts and feelings circulating in your Mind, and with a couple of questions connect with your Inner Power, with your Desire, and that changes your Thoughts, Emotions, Feelings, and because of that, your entire chemical biology and your Power of Action rises to the level of your Desire.
